The world offers us this challenge every single day: are you going to stay in bed all day, or are you going to rise to the occasion and hit it back twice as hard? Fitness is our way of defining and aligning our mind with our body. For every challenge our body endures, we reinforce in our minds that we are capable of handling those challenges, and if we can do it once, the next time will be even easier. Sometimes the hardest part is starting, but from there everything becomes much easier.
